Stop by your local wine shop or grocery store and pick yourself up a 2016 Honig Sauvignon Blanc (Napa Valley). Retails for around $18.

It’s one of our all-time favorite wines from one of our all-time favorite winemakers. It comes from Rutherford, CA. Winemaker Kristin Belair focuses production solely on Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon, and Honig Wines can be found on the wine lists across the country.

Honig’s Sauvignon Blanc has bright acidity and crisp freshness, with flavors of juicy peach, passion fruit, and grapefruit, and the enticing aromas of jasmine and lemon zest. Medium-bodied, with a lingering finish.
